Devicemaker Wright Therapy Products attracted a $3 million Series B financing round in a venture deal that reflects the current industry investment focus on stability, approved products and cost-effective care. Wright, which is based in Pittsburgh, PA, makes pneumatic compression devices for home use to treat lymphedema and chronic venous insufficiency. Many already have 510(k) clearance, and the company plans to use the money to expand its marketing and product development.
